A heat insulation plate containing a packet of permanently joined flat and crimped sheets, placed alternately, creating air channels inside the plate, characterised in that at least one of the two elementary sheets forming each channel has its surface on the channel side covered with a coating (4) which has a relative emission coefficient and adsorption coefficient within a range from 0.04 to 0.3 and a reflection coefficient within a range from 0.7 to 0.96, for heat radiation of wavelength from about 3 to about 50 μm.<IMAGE>
