The line has coaxial inner and outer conductors (1,2) and an intermediate dielectric (3), with spaced apertures (4,5) in the outer conductor (2) for radiating the HF waves. These apertures (4,5) are arranged in groups along different mantle lines of the outer conductor (2). The individual apertures (4,5) within one group are at least double the length of a second group of apertures in the longitudinal direction of the HF line (6). The length of the longer apertures (5) is pref. greater than the dia. of the HF line (6), with a radial aperture angle of between 10 and 40 degrees.
