The spit (1) for grilling, roasting, cooking and steaming fish which are approx. 15 to 35 centimetres long, consists of a fork (2) which fixes the fish sideways to the spit. The spit has a wooden handle. Two spits prevent the fish slipping off the main spit. The fork and the two spits enable the fish to remain whole and not to disintegrate during cooking. USE/ADVANTAGE - The fish, such as mackerel, is kept clean and fixed to the spit, and is hygienically cooked.
