The invention relates to a device for the production of bellows by welding supporting frames (1) to a bellows-shaped sheet (2). In order to be able to produce bellows continuously in a simple and inexpensive manner, a welding roll (5) is provided which is rotatable about an axis (4) arranged transversely to the direction of conveyance B of the supporting frames (1). The welding roll (5) embraces, in a gearwheel-like design, a multiplicity of longitudinal grooves (6) into each of which a supporting frame (1) and the sheet (2) laid thereon can be introduced.
