摘要 <p>Control of the injection plunger of a motor driven injection molding machine can be performed in all positions. During the injection process, the injection process is performed by switching an injection speed in accordance with the position of a screw. During the dwelling process subsequent thereto, the screw is driven in the axial direction by a servo motor, pressure applied to resin is detected, and a difference from a set dwelling pressure is obtained (S202), whereby a movement value in accordance with the difference is output to the servo motor, so that the position thereof can be held (S203 - 2207). As a result, a dwelling force is controlled by the position of the screw. Further, during the measuring process also, a pressure applied to the resin is detected, and the screw is moved in accordance with the difference between a set back pressure and a detected resin pressure, so that control is made to obtain the set pack pressure. Thus, during the dwelling and back pressure controls, these pressures are controlled by the control of the position of the screw, so that the screw does not move greatly at the time of switching the pressures and the pressures are not shifted from the set pressures greatly. <IMAGE></p>
