Herein disclosed is a vehicular motor system which comprises: an engine (21) adapted to run by burning a fuel; a motor (25) enabled to rotate its rotor by feeding an electric current to the coil of its stator and to generate an electric power by having its rotor rotated; a clutch (24) arranged between the engine and the motor (25) for transmitting the rotation selectively between a transmission shaft connected to the rotor and the output shaft of the engine; a differential mechanism (23) connected to the transmission shaft for transmitting the rotation from the transmission shaft to righthand and lefthand drive wheels (42); generation means (28) for generating an electric power from the rotation of the engine; and starting means for starting the engine. <IMAGE>
