PURPOSE:To lessen the change in development finishing characteristics in spite of a reduction in the replenishing amt. of a developing soln. and to lower fogging by specifying the ratio of silver iodide and the amt. of silver in the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The average silver iodide ratio of the total silver halide incroporated into the silver halide color photosensitive material for photographing to be continuously processed is confined to <=8mol% and the total coated amt. of the silver is confined to <=7.5g/m<2>. This photosensitive material is processed by confining the replenishing amt. of the developing soln. to <=900ml per 1m<2> photosensitive material. The layer contg. fine particles of nonphotosensitive silver halide of <=0.2mu average particle size is provided to the outer side of the emulsion layer furthest from the base of the photosensi tive material. The increasing of the using ratio of the 2 equiv. coupler by lower ing the ratio of using the 4 equiv. color coupler is possible as well. |
