PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition providing molded articles having excellent fluidity in injection molding and excellent mechanical characteristics free from tackiness on the surface comprising a vinyl chloride-based resin, a plasticizer and a specific amine-based compound (mixture) in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin, (B) 20-150 pts.wt. plasticizer preferably composed of disodecyl phthalate or trimellitic acid-tri-2-ethylhexyl and (C) (i) 0.5-15 pts.wt. amine-based compound shown by formula I (n is 2-34 integer; R<1> and R<2> are H or 1-4C alkyl) and/or (ii) 0.5-15 pts.wt.% amine-based compound shown by formula II (R<3> is H or 1-4C alkyl; R<4> and R<5> are H or 1-22C alkyl).
