PURPOSE:To dispense with the assembling work in a site of a floor member, a wall panel, a ceiling and interior apparatus and their installing work for simplifying work and construction in the site by assembling units modularized in a workshop into each of units such as a toilet and a washhand stand, and carrying them into a building and joining them, and moreover to facilitate their assembly and production by modularizedly assembling and producing the units to be joined in the workshop and to reduce their manufacturing cost by producing the units having excellent quality. CONSTITUTION:A toilet space unit 1 interiorly provided with a closet or the like and a washhand space unit 51 interiorly provided with a washhand stand or the like are modularized in a workshop and assembled. The above units are sent to a building site, and carried onto the installing floor F of a building by a crane C. Each of the carried units is moved by a caster 4 provided on the lower face of a floor member 2 for installing the units 1, 51 mutually adjacently and in parallel, and the floor members are mutually adjusted in height and joined for mutually connecting the wall panels of the unit and the ceiling. Piping and wiring works are executed to form the toilet of plural modularized units. |
