<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a rise of rotation speed at the time of shifting to individual operation so as to maintain constant rotation by providing a means that transmits a shifting signal to a load setter, a means that transmits the load of a power generator to the load setter, and the load setter that emits a run back signal to a governor valve. CONSTITUTION:When operation is shifted from system parallel operation for power supply to the inside and outside of the house to in-house individual operation that signal is transmitted to an auxiliary contact 41a as a breaker OFF signal 21, and at the same time of dosing the contact, the breaker OFF signal 21 is transmitted to a load setter 11 through the closed contact. On the other hand, a power generator output sensor 6 transmits the output (load) of a power generator 5 to the load setter 11 through the auxiliary contact 41a closed together with it. Since the load setter 11 performs run back of the opening of a governor valve 2 by using the set value of load as in-house load line this, speed of a steam turbine 3 is not increased and maintained properly.</p> |
