METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BOX TOE FOR USE IN SAFETY SHOES

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a light and strong box toe of a shoe so as to apply the box toe to a shoe having excellent working properties and safety. CONSTITUTION:A material 4 woven in a three dimensional configuration both with inorganic fibers and synthetic resion fibers is laid on a core mold 2, which is heated and pressed to compress and form the box toe. Thus, light and strong shoe box toe having a uniform part can be produced.
