<p>PURPOSE:To correct sliding of an extruded synthetic resin sheet to the right or the left, by a method wherein a position of the extruded synthetic resin sheet is measured in the vicinity of a receiving roll and when a movement to the right or the left is detected, a relative temperature of an outer movement side to that of an inner movement side is lowered on an upstream side of the receiving roll. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion synthetic resin sheet 1 extruded through an extruding machine 6 is rolled by a pressure roll 7 and received by a receiving roll 2 through a conveyor roll 8. In this case, a position measuring apparatus 3 is arranged in the vicinity of the receiving roll 2, on which side of right or left of a preestablished position does a position of a side end part of the synthetic resin sheet 1 exist is measured and an electric signal is applied to a control apparatus 5. On the one hand, a temperature control device 4 of an air cooling device is arranged on the right and left by bordering on the center line of the synthetic resin sheet 1 on an upstream side of the receiving roll 2. Then when a movement of the synthetic resin sheet 1 is detected by the position measuring apparatus 3, a relative temperature of an outer movement side of the synthetic resin sheet 1 to that of an inner movement side is lowered and the coefficient of friction is lowered, through which sliding on the right or the left is corrected.</p> |
