<p>PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracy of a molded form by keeping the quantity of a raw material accumulated in a vacuum chamber constant and holding load to a roller of the vacuum chamber constant. CONSTITUTION:Two extruding sections of an upper-stage side extruding section 1 and a lower-stage side extruding section 2, a vacuum chamber 3 connecting the two extruding sections, a plurality of accumulating-quantity sensors 11a, 11b, 11c disposed into the vacuum chamber 3 and detecting the quantity of a raw material accumulated, and a control means 12 adjusting the number of revolution of the screw 6 of the upper-stage side extruding section 1 in response to the quantity of the raw material accumulated detected by a plurality of the accumulating-quantity sensors are provided. The number of revolution of the screw 6 of the upper-stage side extruding section 1 is adjusted in response to the quantity of the raw material accumulated into the vacuum chamber 3 detected by a plurality of accumulating-quantity sensors 11a, 11b, 11c, and the quantity of the raw material accumulated into the vacuum chamber 3 is held within a fixed range.</p> |
