PURPOSE:To eliminate a large scaled work by a method wherein polluted air is collected without enlarging a range where evil effects of tobacco reaches in a room. CONSTITUTION:A polluted air suction port 1 connected to a purifying device 4 is disposed to an upper part of the interior of a room. A blower 5 to generate an air flow flowing toward the polluted air suction port 1 along the upper part of the interior of a room is provided. An ascending air blower 11 to generate an ascending air flowing toward the upper part of the interior of a room is disposed to a smoking part in a room where smoking is made. Smoke generated at the smoking part is carried on the ascending air and conveyed to the upper part of a room. It is further guided by means of the air flow at the upper part of a room and sucked in the polluted air suction port 1 and treated by the air purifying device 4.
