PURPOSE:To highten accuracy in correcting the meandering of a film by placing movable frames, which support a releasing roll, in two tiers so that the meandering of the film can be corrected in two stages. CONSTITUTION:When a vapour deposition film F released from a releasing roll 1 meanders with respect to the width direction, the meandering is detected at first by a first sensor S1 at the downstream site of a roller 6, and a detection signal thereof is sent to a controller 16. Based on this detection signal, a first actuator A1 is controlled, so that the frame 11 is moved in the opposite direction to the meandering direction of the vapour deposition film F. In addition, the meandering of the film F is detected by a second sensor S2 at the downstream site of a roller 7, and, based on this detection signal, a second actuator A2 is controlled, so that the frame 12 is moved in the opposite direction to the meandering direction. Accordingly, meandering of the vapour deposition film F can be corrected in two stages, thereby hightening the accuracy of correction. |
