PURPOSE:To obtain the title mold with a simple structure by providing holes for opening for a fluid at a transfer film positioning part of one of a fixed mold and a movable mold and performing therefrom feeding of a fluid for heating the transfer film and suction of a fluid for tight adhesion of the transfer film to the mold. CONSTITUTION:The title mold has a constitution wherein a transfer film 6 is pinched between the recessed part 1a of a fixed mold 1 and the projected part 2a of a movable mold 2 and transfer of a picture pattern and molding are simultaneously performed. In this case, a plurality of holes 1c for opening for a fluid and a round path 1b communicating them are provided at a transfer film positioning part of the mold-fitting face of the recessed part 1a of the fixed mold 1. Then, hot air is fed from a heated fluid feeding apparatus 4 and ejected from the holes 1c to heat uniformly the transfer film 6 to soften and stretch it. Then, switching valve 3 is switched to drive a vacuum suction pump 5 and air is sucked from the holes 1c to position the transfer film 6 at a specified position to the recessed part 1a of the fixed mold and to adhere tightly it thereon. Thereafter, the mold is clamped and molding is performed by casting a molten resin. |
