PURPOSE:To enable a simple constitution to easily discover the cause of a malfunction by providing a current-detective means connected in series with the contacts of a plurality of malfunction-detective means in a setup to judge the kind of a malfunction when the current-detective means detects no current and indicate the judgement. CONSTITUTION:A thermoregulating machine maintains the temperature of a storage space at a prescribed point by using a microcomputer 30 which controls, on the basis of the storage-space temperature detected by a temperature sensor 33, the intermittent operation of a cooling apparatus comprising an electric compressor 11, condenser 12, throttle 13, and evaporator 14. To detect various kinds of malfunctions, an overload relay 16, the contacts 21a, which are always closed, of a pressure switch, and the contacts 22a, which are always closed, of a negative-phase detector 22 are connected in series and in this series circuit the coil X3 of a relay 23 is placed. The supply of power to or suspension of the power supply to the coil X3 is detected on the basis of whether the contacts X31, which are always open, of the relay 23 are on or off and the result of this detection is passed on to the microcomputer 30, which, when the contacts X31 are off, discovers the kind of the malfunction and the results are shown on an indicator 36. |
