PURPOSE:To obtain a camouflaged stuff which is light in weight and excellent in mechanical strength, light shielding performance and camouflaged effects, and, what is more, highly effective to protect against infrared detection. CONSTITUTION:A camouflaged stuff uses polyester multifilament cloth (monofilament size=7 deniers and below, tensile strength=8g/d and below) processed with black pigment and a water repellent agent as its basic cloth. On this basic cloth is formed a polyvinyl chloride resin coating layer which contains black pigment and a water repellent agent where there is formed a pigment camouflaged layer which shows 2.5 to 60% of infrared ray reflectance through many stages in an infrared wavelength region ranging from 600 to 1400nm thereon. This textile has METSUKE ranging from 320 to 450g/m<2> on the whole, tensile strength of 100kg/3cm and over, water repellency of 5mm and below, LOI value of 25 and over and light shielding rate of 99% and over. |
