<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to achieve lock-on to a main lobe even if a range side lobe is generated and to track a distance by locking a distance error detector in a distance measuring part to the main lobe of a received video signal. CONSTITUTION:A relative speed of Vr of a target is detected with a distance- change rate detector 20 based on a distance-counter controlling circuit 19. A Doppler frequency shift fd is computed. The oscillating frequency of a local oscillator 17 of a frequency converter 13 in a tracking receiver 22 is changed by the frequency shift. Therefore, an input pulse of a pulse compressor 15 is not affected by the Doppler frequency shift. Since the frequency modulation of the transmitted pulse is directly reproduced, the normal pulse compression can be performed. The video signal, which is inputted from a main lobe detector 18 in a distance measuring part 21 through a video detector 16, is amplified at the same phase. The signals are integrated and compared with a reference level. Thus, the main lobe is detected. In this way, the pseudo-locking of a distance-error detector 5 is prevented.</p> |
