PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out surface treatment suitable for films, bonding, printing, etc., by irradiating a PP-based resin molded product with ultraviolet rays having a prescribed value or below of irradiation wavelength. CONSTITUTION:Surface treatment is carried out by molding a resin composition containing (A) 10-90 pts.wt. PP such as homopolymer PP having 10-100 melt index, (B) 5-50 pts.wt. ethylene-propylene-based copolymer rubber having 10-70wt.% propylene content and 10-100 Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 at 100 deg.C), (C) 3-60 pts.wt. ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer resin and (D) a filler which is a filler composed of either or both of an inorganic filler and glass fiber in an amount of 0-40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. composition of the components (A), (B) and (C) and irradiating the resultant PP-based resin molded product with ultraviolet rays having <=300nm, preferably 254nm and 185nm irradiation wavelengths using, e.g. a low-pressure mercury lamp at 200W output made of synthetic quartz. |
