PURPOSE:To structure the surface of a high-rigidity support member which supports a low-rigidity light reflecting member into a highly precise plane shape by an easy machining method which is high in mass-productivity and to prevent the low-rigidity light reflecting member supported by the high-rigidity support member from deforming owing to temperature variation in practical use. CONSTITUTION:The optical component K is equipped with the low-rigidity light reflecting member 4 which has a light reflecting surface 6 as its top surface and the high-rigidity support member 1 provided with a reflecting member support surface 2 where the reverse surface of the low-rigidity light reflecting member 4 is fixed; and plural projection parts 2a are formed on the reverse surface of the low-rigidity light reflecting member 4 or one reflection member support surface 2 while the top surfaces 2b of the projection parts 2a are on the same plane, and the reverse surface of the low-rigidity light reflecting member 4 or the other reflection member support surface 2 and the respective projection part surfaces 2b are adhered together across buffer materials 3. |
