<p>PURPOSE:To reduce weight and realize the sufficient rigidity as well by setting the rate of thickness of a thin steel plate into a specific range and setting the shearing strength of a steel plate into a specific value or more in the thin plate structured by sticking low carbon thin steel plates of skin materials on an aluminum thin plate as a core material with an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:Between low carbon thin steel plates 12 as skin materials and an aluminum thin plate or an aluminum alloy thin plate 3, the epoxy resin of intermediate layers 4,5 and a composite adhesive agent of acrylic resin are inserted. They are laminated by press-bonding rolls 6 and heated by a heater 7 as its state, and further, are press-bonded by finish press-bonding rolls 8 to be 0.02-0.40mm in resin thickness. In this manner, the thin plate is manufactured so that the ratio of thickness between the thin steel plate 1 or thin steel plate 2 in one surface and the clad aluminum thin plate 9 becomes 0.5-0.44 and the shearing strength of the clad aluminum thin plate 9 becomes 8N/mm<2> or more. In this way, a steel plate is obtained adaptable for the exterior plate or interior plate and wheel parts of an automobile.</p> |
