PURPOSE:To eliminate a need to apply processing on a unit and to enable selection of a plurality of installation places and directions by providing a fixing tool for mounting a fall preventing tool in a manner to point to a plurality of directions, to the top of a unit. CONSTITUTION:A heat-exchange unit 1 is provided in a side with a suction port 10 and a discharge port 11, and a heat-exchanger and a blower are located in a ventilation flue for interconnecting the suction port 10 and the discharge port 11. A fixing tool 25 is mounted on a top plate 26 of a unit, and a fall preventing tool 29 having one end 50 mounted on the fixing tool in a manner to point to a plurality of directions and the other end 33 mounted on a building is disposed to the fixing tool 25. This constitution eliminates a need to apply processing to attach the fall preventing tool 29 to a unit body 9 and besides enables the fall preventing tool 29 to be mounted in a plurality of directions, whereby a plurality of the installation places and the installation directions of a heat-exchange unit 1 can be selected and the degree of freedom of installation of the heat-exchange unit is increased. |
