PURPOSE:To efficiently prevent the melting of snow and produce the snow by hanging a ceiling member formed of a flexible heat insulating sheet from the lower face of a roof constructed on an artificial skiing slope, and covering the lower face of the roof so as to fit its whole irregularity to prevent heat from entering from an outside. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling member 3 formed of a flexible heat insulating sheet is hanged at fixed intervals from the lower face of an arched roof 1 constructed along the slope of an artificial skiing slope 2 through a pulley 6 and an elevating cable. Radiant heat is thereby prevented from entering from an outside, and the ceiling member 3 is lowered onto a floor during snow production and the unused period of the slope, and pulled up along the irregularity of the slope during its used period. Thus the melting of snow can be effectively prevented. |
