PURPOSE:To obtain ceramics products of complicated shape having excellent light transmission properties. CONSTITUTION:Ceramics products of this invention having excellent light transmission properties are produced by blending mixed powder comprising 0.01-0.2wt.% magnesium oxide powder, 0.01-0.2wt.% yttrium oxide powder and the rest of the aluminum oxide with polyvinyl alcohol, mixing the blend with a binder material composed of wax having 50-90 deg.C softening point and a thermoplastic having 100-300g/10minutes MFR to prepare a kneaded material for injection molding, injection molding the kneaded material, removing the binder and sintering. |
