PURPOSE:To simplify a configuration of a magnetic shield against a cooled item, facilitate a handling of a cryogenic freezer device and improve a portable characteristic of the freezer device. CONSTITUTION:A shield case 62 formed by high temperature superconductive material for use in enclosing the second stage heat station 12 of a cryogenic freezer including the second stage heat station 12 for getting a cryogenic temperature and the second stage heat station 12 of the cryogenic freezer device is thermally coupled with the first stage heat station 11. |
