PURPOSE:To make temp. sensing with minor error over a wide range. CONSTITUTION:When the measuring temp. region is divided into L, M, H, the optimum B constant (thermistor constant) in each region can be divided into three, 3564, 3682, and 3900. Determining the relationship between the temp. and the sensor partial pressure ratio for each of these B constants gives different curves (a, b, c). It is first judged that the temp. of object to be measured lies (temp. in this case is not the precise temp. in usual meaning but the output data of sensor circuit having thermistor) in which region. If the result from judgement is L, the output from the sensor circuit is converted into temp. data on the basis of the curve (a); if M, on the basis of the curve (b); and if H, on the basis of the curve (c). |
