PURPOSE:To obtain an oxygen sensor device in which the adherence of a solid electrolyte and a measuring electrode is not lowered even when the sensor is exposed to a high-temperature gas to be measured for a long time, and the measuring electrode is hard to be detached. CONSTITUTION:An oxygen sensor device 1 has a reference electrode 3 and a measuring electrode 5 provided on the surface of a solid electrolyte 2, and detects the concentration of oxygen in a to-be-measured gas. An undercoat layer 4 made of a substance 4a of the same material as tone solid electrode 2 and a platinum or a platinum group alloy 4b is provided on the surface of the solid electrolyte 2 at the side of the measuring electrode 5. The measuring electrode 5 formed of platinum or platinum group alloy is formed on the undercoat layer 4. |
