PURPOSE:To perform non-contact control based on the waveform of supply current instead of a magnetic pole position sensor necessary for controlling a magnetic bearing of non-contact construction, in which a permanent magnet type synchronizing motor is used. CONSTITUTION:DC current waveform between P-N is detected from the electric power source part 3 of the stator of a permanent magnet type synchronizing motor constituting a magnetic bearing 2 by a Hall CT 34. Based on the waveform, the power factor is judged by a MPU 43 through an analog switch 41 and an A/D converter 42 in a control circuit 4, and hence the phase of a gate signal at switching elements is controlled by means of a drive circuit 44. |
