PURPOSE:To provide a cast molding method to obtain a substrate for information recording media with a high reliability without deteriorating casting molds and without uneven mold releasing and defects in a recess-projected preformat. CONSTITUTION:Into a cell 1 for cast molding which comprises confronting molds 2, 2' and a spacer 3 having a demolding assistance function, a raw resin is cast. When the curing reaction is finished to complete the molding, the spacer 3 extends the space between the casting molds to assist the demolding. |
