PURPOSE:To secure the stable vibration suppressing effect by forming a covered layer which is heat-resistive and coolant-resistive and consists of a nonpermeable covering member for the vibration-suppressing resin, on the exposed edge part of a vibration suppressing steel plate exposed in a casing. CONSTITUTION:A covered layer 13 for a vibration-suppressing resin 12 which is heat-resistive and coolant-resistive is formed on the exposed edge part 10a of a vibration-suppressing steel plate 10 which is exposed in a casing 1. Accordingly, the vibration suppressing resin 12 is protected from the coolant gas such as fleon gas by the covered layer 13, and the chemical change and dissolution of the vibration suppressing resin 12 are prevented. Accordingly, the stable vibration suppressing effect for a long period can be developed. |
