PURPOSE:To provide a light-emitting plate which can be thinned. CONSTITUTION:A concave reflecting face 32 is so formed that light emitted from a light-emitting element is reflected roughly parallel to the center axis of the concave reflecting face 32. A translucent plate 10 is installed at an angle of 30 degrees to the horizontal direction. In order to take out in roughly the horizontal direction light externally radiated from the translucent plate 10, the angle theta defined between a radiating face 34 and a plane perpendicular to the center axis of the concave reflecting face 32 is set at 30 deg. and the angle phidefined between the translucent plate 10 and the concave reflecting face 32 is set at about 48.6 deg. and then a light-emitting diode 20 is mounted on the translucent plate 10. |
