PURPOSE:To prevent various germs and the like in the outside air from entering in parison through air mandrels at the blow-molding of a plastic container. CONSTITUTION:A housing case 36, in which air mandrels 35c and 35c at standstill position are housed, is attached to blow cylinders 35 and 35. The air mandrels 35c and 35c advance outside the housing case 36, only when cleaning air is blown in parisons P and P and, after that, immediately retreat in the housing case 36, resulting in allowing to bring the air mandrels out of contact with the outside air. |
