<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise to be generated when a magnetic head passes a tape removal point in a rotational head cylinder for VTR. CONSTITUTION:By adding a second projection 6 on the surface of a fixed cylinder 2 near the lower edge part of a tape 4 lower than a projection 5 provided for preventing jitter, the lifting power is generated from the surface of the cylinder in the tape low edge part. Based on the principle of lever taking the projection 5 as a fulcrum, the application power in the cylinder surface direction is generated in the tape upper edge part near the removal point. and the tape upper edge part is restricted in the cylinder surface direction. Thus, tape distortion causing snap through phenomena is restricted just before the magnetic head 7 passes the projection 5, the tape vibration generated by a shock at that time is restricted, and the noise reduction can be realized.</p> |
