<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the development of the control means of various kinds of devices different in communication specification or control procedure, etc., and to facilitate the addition of the new device. CONSTITUTION:The device control means of a cell controller 2 is provided with a common device control means 13 to execute processing common to each cell controller 2 including communication with a host computer 3 and exchange with a data base, an individual device control means 15 to execute device control procedures different for every device 5, and a communication control means 17 to execute the conversion of communication data form and the communication of data between the control means in each device 5 and the individual device control means 15.</p> |
