PURPOSE:To improve holding power of an active material having thin plate thickness, high strength, small electric resistance besides high porosity by providing an aluminium evaporated film, in which aluminium is evaporated on the skeleton surface of heat resisting fiber woven cloth. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum evaporated film 2, in which aluminum is evaporated on the surface of a skeleton 1 of heat resisting fiber woven cloth, is provided. In this case, the heat resisting fiber woven cloth has stiffness having elongation not exceeding 0.1% to tension of 1kg/cm width and requires heat resistance not less than 250 deg.C so that an active material applied to a lithium cell positive electrode active material holding material may not come off due to tension given by a drying process or the like. Further, that of heat resisting fiber woven cloth having an opening hole ratio not less than 50%, an opening hole diameter not exceeding 2mm and a thickness not exceeding 0.2mm is used, while requiring electric resistance of the film 2 not exceeding 0.05OMEGA/cm<2> and film thickness of aluminium not less than about 1.5mum. Thereby, plate thickness is thickened while having high strength and reducing electric resistance so as to obtain excellent holding power of the active material of high porosity. |
