PURPOSE:To set an optional value as a shift limit value. CONSTITUTION:The data which are shifted by the bit shifters 1m-10 by the prescribed number of bits are successively outputted to the subsequent bit shifters. The bit checkers 2m-20 decide the logic of the prescribed number of higher significant bits which are supplied to the corresponding bit shifters. These deciding results are supplied to the shift limit controllers 11m-110. These controllers control the shifts of the corresponding bit shifters based on each bit of the input shift limit value and the data inputted from the corresponding bit checkers. The controllers 11m-110 also control the shift limit values of the subsequent shift limit controllers. |
