PURPOSE: To provide reactive supply flow to displace inactive foaming agent supply flow in foaming process of polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: This is a method for manufacturing polyurethane foam with high elasticity molded with practically not containing volatile organic foaming agent by generating a reactive composition made by supplying at least three kinds of supply flow to a blending unit. Characteristic points in this method are that the first supply flow comprises (i) polyol, (ii) water, (iii) accelerant, and (iv) surface-active agent, the second supply flow comprises organic polyisocyanate and the third supply flow comprises (i) water, (ii) cross-linking agent/linkage elongation agent, and (iii) process/foaming modifier. |
