PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal of a shaped article by a method wherein an upper and a lower plates, which can be vertically separable and integrally form a seating face of cured resin, are provided on a base plate in the optical shaping device concerned, with which UV-curing resins are successively cured on the base plate so as to produce the three-dimensional shaped article. CONSTITUTION:In the optical shaping device concerned, the shaped article having the desired shape is produced by curing UV-curing resin with laser beam irradiated from a projector, the movement of which is controlled longitudinally and latitudinally, on a base plate 4, which vertically moves a three- dimensional shaped article 1 at fixed space intervals in a liquid UV-curing resin tank 2 with the controlling device 3 of vertical movement. In this case, on the base plate 4, a plate 5, which consists of an upper plate 8 having grid-like holes and a lower plate 8' having projections fitting to the holes under the condition being separately worked and vertically separable. Further, by thermally deforming movable parts 7, which are made of spring-like shape memory alloy and provided at both ends of the plate 5, with heaters 9, the upper and the lower plates 8 and 8' are moved, resulting in separating the three- dimensional shaped article 1 from the plate 5. |
