PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative laminated sheet which is excellent in design properties, physical properties and made exothermic by turning on electricity by using a conductive adhesive incorporating thermosetting resin as a base and joining a metallic foil for an electrode to a plane heating element. CONSTITUTION:A pasty conductive adhesive 31 is obtained by mixing silver powder with one-pack type epoxy resin incorporating a curing agent. The pasty adhesive is printed on two opposite sides of paper made together with carbon fibers. Copper foils 32 for an electrode both surfaces of which are roughened are stuck and peeling tapes 33 are pasted to the end parts of two pieces of copper foils. A melamine resin impregnated paper (surface layer) 1, a phenolic resin impregnated paper (core layer) 2, paper 3 made together with carbon fibers and phenolic resin impregnated paper (core layer) 2' are overlapped thereon in this order. The paper 3 made together with carbon fibers is arranged in the nearly central part of the phenolic resin impregnated paper in the direction of a plane surface while downward holding the electrodes 32. A melamine resin decorative laminated sheet is obtained by heating, pressurizing and molding them. Then, holes reaching the peeling tapes 33 are bored by a drilling machine from the rear side of the decorative laminated sheet. Finally the peeling tapes are removed and the exposed electrodes are connected to a power source. The possibility of leak is eliminated and safety is ensured. |
