PURPOSE:To produce a synthetic resin product capable of satisfying severe conditions of dimensional and surface precision and also simultaneously integrate the other member incorporated into the product together with injection molding. CONSTITUTION:An insert member 2 weldable to synthetic resin material injected into molds 3, 4 is provided to a fusible core 1. This core 1 integrated with the insert member 2 is used and the synthetic resin material is injected and molded. Thereafter, the core is melted out in a heating medium and the member can be obtained in which the insert member 2 is integrated with the product molded of the synthetic resin material. Thereby, the need for mechanical working is obviated even in the product requiring precision. Since the member is integrated at the same time as injection molding, the productivity is enhanced. |
