<p>PURPOSE: To simply and quickly execute a heat treatment by executing the heat treatment with an induction heating to a worked article with the method for forming the worked article from the sheet metal, in a forming device, particularly, a spinning device for executing the heat treatment to a sheet metal before or after forming step, etc. CONSTITUTION: When the heat treatment is executed after fastening the worked article, an induction heating coil 5 or a quick cooling nozzle 6 are shifted toward the worked article with a prescribed method. The worked article is driven at a prescribed revolving speed. The induction heating coil 5 is worked through a switching device and further, supplying water is opened to the quick cooling nozzle 6. When the worked article is passed through the lower part of the induction heating coil 5, the worked material is heated and successively, immediately quick-cooled by passing the worked article through the quick cooling nozzle 6. This process is executed in at least one time of turning. In this way, the heat treatment of the worked article can simply and quickly be executed by induction-heating the worked article to execute the heating treatment.</p> |
