PURPOSE:To avoid occurring a fault caused by the increase of a rising time and the occupation of processing communication along with the batch transmission/reception of information in an information exchanging system between a terminal device displaying information in real time and a host computer. CONSTITUTION:An information in buffer managing device 13 provided in the terminal device 1 manages all information by dividing into blocks. After an information in buffer retrieving device 16 retrieves information receiving the display request, the information in buffer managing device 13 decides whether to require all the information of the block including the information to the host computer 2. When the information should be required, a display information requiring device 15 requires it to the host computer 2. As information is not batch-transmitted/received but is required by blocking-managing in the terminal, the time for transmitting/receiving all display information can be eliminated so that higher reliability and functionality can be shown.
