PURPOSE:To make to nil a loss of a material as well as to dispense with a connection work at the time of winding by a method wherein the material is cut and divided into two strips and both of these two strips are used as a wound iron core material. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material 10 formed into a strip form is cut by a folded line 11. Whereupon, slender pentagon wound iron core materials 12, which are respectively formed into a linear form at one side end, into a polygonal line form at the other side end, narrow at the front and rear ends and wide at the center part, ...are formed on both sides of this line 11 and continuous materials 13 continued in front and in rear ...are cut out. Then, these continuous materials 13 are respectively wound on a wound core from the front end 14 of each wound iron core material 12, is wound while being moved to the width direction to the wound core in such a way that the center in the width direction is maintained at a constant position, is cut at the rear end 15 thus ending the wiring. After that, the rear end 15 is fastened, the wound core is drawn out, a heat treatment and the like are performed and a wound iron core having a regular hexagon section is completed. |
