PURPOSE:To provide a nonvolatile memory reducing the load of software and shortening the back up time of power source voltage at the time of the interruption of power source. CONSTITUTION:A data signal is inputted to a serial bus interface 1 through a serial input line 102 and stored to the address of a data memory 3 corresponding to an address decoder 2. Then, when a necessary data content in the data memory 3 is stored to the nonvolatile memory 6, the data of the address specified a range by a write starting address decoder 4 and a write ending address decoder 5 is written to the corresponding address of the nonvolatile memory 6. |
