PURPOSE:To obtain a covering structure for a, resistor capable of covering the resistor mounted on a ceramic substrate and an upper surface of the ceramic substrate around the resistor continuously with a protective film without, changing greatly the resistance value of the resistor. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 30 mounted on a ceramic substrate 10 and an upper surface of the ceramic substrate 10 are covered continuously with a polyimide resin 40.
