<p>PURPOSE:To enable the surface smoothness of a laminate to be kept even in using reiterately the metallic plate in the case of holding and then heat-pressing prepreg including inorganic particles in resin by metallic plates for manufacturing a laminate such as a laminate for additive method wiring board. CONSTITUTION:Prepreg is held by steel plates plated with metal containing fluorocarbon resin and then subjected to heat-pressing. In this case, nickel and chrome are the best for such plated metal. Inorganic particles contained in resin do not adhere to the metal plates, and since it is readily removed if adhered, the surface smoothness of the laminated board is not spoiled. Inasmuch as the metallic plate is not liable to be marred, it stands using repeatedly.</p> |
