<p>PURPOSE:To save a data written to a RAM on a chip even when power source is in-terrupted. CONSTITUTION:A data loading part 21 is started up when a power source voltage detecting part 20 detects a voltage change by applying the power source and the data saved to an EEPROM part 4 is loaded to a RAM part 3. A data saving part 22 is started up when the power source voltage detecting part 20 detects the voltage change by interrupting the power source and the data written to the RAM part 3 is saved to the EEPROM part 4.</p> |
