PURPOSE:To prevent generation of the shavings of a core and to obtain a good product in the case of molding the synthetic resin product wherein the core made of alloy having low melting point is used. CONSTITUTION:A core 3 is made of alloy having low melting point. In order to enlarge the distance between the outer circumferential face of the core 3 facing the parting line P of molds 1, 2 and the inner walls thereof in comparison with the other part, a flank is provided so that the circumferential face of the core 3 is kept away from the inner wall of the part in the collision face of the molds 1, 2. Further the core 3 is positioned for the molds 1, 2 so that the circumferential face of the core 3 facing the parting line P is kept away from the inner walls of the molds 1, 2 in accordance with the shape of the core 3. Thereby when the molds 1, 2 are integrated, the circumferential face of the core 3 is not shaved by the molds 1, 2. The shavings are prevented from being mixed into a synthetic resin product. |
