摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a means for preventing a temperature rise so as to improve durability while making a heat exchanger for preheating oxygen- containing gas inexpensive and small-sized, making a waste-heat boiler needless besides sharply reducing a heat loss due to gas discharging, moreover making the constitution therefor good for cooling efficiency and advantageous in view of power recovery in a solid electrolyte type fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A solid electrolyte type fuel cell is composed of a pair of interval holding members 6, 6 where an oxygen side gas path constituent material 4 or a fuel side gas path constituent material 5 is arranged in order to hold an interval between the neighboring gas path constituent materials 4, 5 and a cell C while being provided at a distance from each other so as to form a flow path, and a soft conductive material 7 which is filled inside these interval holding members 6, 6 while being formed in a form to allow flow of gas. Further, a fluid guide part 8 for water cooling is arranged inside the soft conductive material 7 in a non-contact state to the neighboring gas path constituent materials 4, 5 and the cell C.
